Bishan-Toa Payoh & Marymount Community Scholarship and Bursary Programme

The Bishan-Toa Payoh and Marymount Community Scholarship Scheme was launched in 2010 to provide financial help to Singaporean children of Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC and Marymount SMC residents who are pursuing tertiary studies in local Universities, Polytechnics, and the Institutes of Education (ITEs). Study Awards were added to give to more students in Year 2020.

Peter Lim donated $2 million in 2010. In June 2019, he also pledged a further $2 million donation to the scholarship programme, disbursed in 2 tranches in December 2020 and December 2021.
